Order Cancellation Request

Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, cancellation requests submitted after the 30-minute window may no longer be possible.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.
Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after cancellation confirmation. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
If Your Order Has Not Arrived Yet
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
However, after delivery, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.
