Refund Policy

At SALT & ARROW TABLE CO., our mission is to provide high-quality handcrafted furniture and a seamless shopping experience backed by excellent service and craftsmanship. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, clear, and stress-free.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging, including all parts, hardware, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If you accidentally placed the wrong order, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. We do not accept returns beyond the 30-day return window.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not currently accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included for eligible returns that meet our return criteria. If a return is due to customer error, incorrect ordering, or a change of mind, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

To Return an Item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
  3. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our customer support team to request a replacement.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Returns are free of charge for items that meet our return requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
  • Send the photos along with your order details to info@saltandarrowtables.com

Claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient visual evidence may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
